Chronic Disease Indicators

This dashboard focuses on physical activity, nutrition, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and tobacco/vaping. These indicators are used by the Southern Nevada Health District Chronic Disease Prevention Program to track and measure progress towards chronic disease prevention goals and objectives for Clark County.
